Souhrnn\u011b se tyto ud\u00e1losti ozna\u010duj\u00ed jako \"doba v\u00fdm\u011bny\" nebo alternativn\u011b jako \"se\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00ed\", \"p\u0159ipravenost\" nebo \"pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 prostoje\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159esn\u011bji \u0159e\u010deno je tato pl\u00e1novan\u00e1 doba odst\u00e1vky m\u011b\u0159en\u00edm doby cyklu od okam\u017eiku, kdy je vyrobena posledn\u00ed dobr\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st p\u0159edchoz\u00edho procesu, do okam\u017eiku, kdy je vyrobena prvn\u00ed dobr\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edho procesu. Zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed doby p\u0159ej\u00edmky je rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed syst\u00e9mu pull production, kter\u00fd pracuje s co nejmen\u0161\u00edmi z\u00e1sobami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pro\u010d je t\u0159eba optimalizovat \u010dasy p\u0159echodu na euro<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed doby v\u00fdm\u011bny uvoln\u00ed v\u00edce produktivn\u00edho \u010dasu (p\u0159idan\u00e9 hodnoty) pro b\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdrobu. Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee zkr\u00e1cen\u00edm doby p\u0159ej\u00edmky m\u016f\u017eete minimalizovat velikost v\u00fdrobn\u00edch d\u00e1vek, rozpracovan\u00e9 v\u00fdroby (WIP) a z\u00e1sob. Jednominutov\u00e1 znamen\u00e1 zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed doby v\u00fdm\u011bny na m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 10 minut a v\u00fdm\u011bna matric se vztahuje k p\u016fvodn\u00ed historick\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci, kterou provedl <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Shigeo_Shingo\">Shigeo Shingo<\/a>, v\u00fdvoj syst\u00e9mu SMED a jeho pou\u017eit\u00ed u automobilov\u00fdch lis\u016f. Shigeo Shingo dok\u00e1zal zkr\u00e1tit se\u0159izovac\u00ed \u010dasy dvacetin\u00e1sobn\u011b i v\u00edcekr\u00e1t v cel\u00e9 \u0159ad\u011b spole\u010dnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V syst\u00e9mu SMED je proces p\u0159echodu na nov\u00fd syst\u00e9m rozd\u011blen na seznam krok\u016f, kter\u00e9 se naz\u00fdvaj\u00ed prvky. C\u00edlem SMED je odstranit z procesu p\u0159ej\u00edmky co nejv\u00edce \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jejich odd\u011blen\u00edm nebo p\u0159eveden\u00edm a n\u00e1sledn\u011b zefektivnit v\u0161echny zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed prvky (dokon\u010dit je rychleji, snadn\u011bji nebo soub\u011b\u017en\u011b s jin\u00fdmi \u010d\u00e1stmi). Podstatou syst\u00e9mu SMED je p\u0159ev\u00e9st co nejv\u00edce krok\u016f p\u0159ej\u00edmky na \"extern\u00ed\" (prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9 za chodu za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed) a zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed kroky zjednodu\u0161it a zefektivnit.
