Kmen v tomto smyslu m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt skupina nebo podskupina lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed sd\u00edlej\u00ed takov\u00e9 spole\u010dn\u00e9 znalosti. Z podnikov\u00e9ho hlediska jsou kmenov\u00e9 znalosti, resp.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Know-how\">know-how<\/a>&nbsp;je kolektivn\u00ed moudrost organizace. Je to souhrn v\u0161ech znalost\u00ed a schopnost\u00ed v\u0161ech lid\u00ed. Za\u010dn\u011bte u zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed va\u0161\u00ed organizace nejd\u00e9le. P\u0159\u00edklad n\u011bkoho, kdo je dr\u017eitelem kmenov\u00fdch znalost\u00ed? Vzpome\u0148te si na in\u017een\u00fdry, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou v organizaci 10, 20, 30 a v\u00edce let. Pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b pracovali na produktech a syst\u00e9mech, kter\u00e9 se ji\u017e nepou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed, nebo pou\u017e\u00edvali n\u00e1stroje a postupy, kter\u00e9 se ji\u017e nevyu\u010duj\u00ed, ale mohou b\u00fdt st\u00e1le u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 v nouzov\u00fdch nebo jedine\u010dn\u00fdch situac\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ur\u010dete, jak\u00e9 znalosti maj\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zjistit, co va\u0161i zku\u0161en\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci v\u011bd\u00ed a co v\u011bt\u0161ina ostatn\u00edch lid\u00ed nev\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt slo\u017eit\u00e9, pokud k tomu p\u0159istupujete z reaktivn\u00ed perspektivy (proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 dokumentovat skupinov\u00e9 znalosti za pochodu). Tyto znalosti jsou typem znalost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 pot\u0159ebujete od\u010derpat od sv\u00fdch zku\u0161en\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, nebo dokonce z vlastn\u00ed hlavy pro budouc\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed. Skryt\u00e9, nen\u00e1padn\u00e9 \u0159\u00e1dky k\u00f3du nebo jemn\u00e9 zvl\u00e1\u0161tnosti va\u0161ich syst\u00e9m\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dokumentujte kmenov\u00e9 znalosti za pochodu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dokumentace kmenov\u00fdch znalost\u00ed je odpov\u011bdnost\u00ed veden\u00ed i jednotliv\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. K tomuto procesu m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159istupovat r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby k n\u011bmu skute\u010dn\u011b do\u0161lo.
