Pracovn\u00ed pokyny a standardn\u00ed opera\u010dn\u00ed postupy (SOP)<\/a> oboj\u00ed spad\u00e1 pod n\u00e1stroje, kter\u00e9 slou\u017e\u00ed k up\u0159esn\u011bn\u00ed a zp\u0159esn\u011bn\u00ed procesu. Proces, postup a pracovn\u00ed instrukce na sebe navazuj\u00ed svou komplexnost\u00ed. Procesy popisuj\u00ed, jak\u00e9 c\u00edle a specifikace je t\u0159eba prov\u00e9st.
