Mnoh\u00e9 syst\u00e9my DMS poskytuj\u00ed prost\u0159edky pro za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed standardn\u00edch postup\u016f archivace fyzick\u00fdch dokument\u016f v elektronick\u00e9 podob\u011b.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co je to znalostn\u00ed management?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Klasick\u00e1, stru\u010dn\u00e1 a st\u00e1le p\u0159esn\u00e1 definice pojmu <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Knowledge_management\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed znalost\u00ed<\/a> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed znalost\u00ed (KM) je proces z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, distribuce a efektivn\u00edho vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed znalost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud chceme j\u00edt trochu hloub\u011bji, KM se m\u016f\u017ee t\u00fdkat v\u0161ech proces\u016f souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm, sd\u00edlen\u00edm, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm a spr\u00e1vou firemn\u00edch nebo jin\u00fdch informac\u00ed. <a href=\"https:\/\/rewo.io\/cs\/predavani-znalosti-dalsi-generaci-pracovniku\/\">znalosti organizace<\/a>.
