V\u0161echny projekty byly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fit4fof.eu\/catalogue\/rewo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">podrobn\u011b vyhodnoceny<\/a> - od proveditelnosti k dopadu. VIAR je poct\u011bn, \u017ee REWO byl vybr\u00e1n jako nejlep\u0161\u00ed iniciativa v oblasti zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed kvalifikace. Toto uzn\u00e1n\u00ed potvrzuje to, co ji\u017e prok\u00e1zalo mnoho na\u0161ich z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f - interaktivn\u00ed video je dal\u0161\u00edm krokem ve v\u00fdvoji pracovn\u00edch instrukc\u00ed a standardn\u00edch opera\u010dn\u00edch postup\u016f. FIT4FoF vyvinul nov\u00fd r\u00e1mec vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a odborn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravy, kter\u00fd stav\u00ed pracovn\u00edky (\u017eeny a mu\u017ee) do centra procesu spole\u010dn\u00e9ho navrhov\u00e1n\u00ed a rozvoje, kter\u00fd rozpozn\u00e1v\u00e1 a \u0159e\u0161\u00ed jejich pot\u0159eby v oblasti dovednost\u00ed. Uplat\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f zalo\u017een\u00fdch na spole\u010denstv\u00edch praxe umo\u017e\u0148uje FIT4FoF pracovn\u00edk\u016fm, aby se stali hybnou silou p\u0159i navrhov\u00e1n\u00ed, v\u00fdvoji a realizaci vlastn\u00edch program\u016f zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed kvalifikace.
