Indem Wissen zu einem selbstverst\u00e4ndlichen Bestandteil der Fertigungspraxis wird, sowohl f\u00fcr die Arbeiter als auch f\u00fcr das Management, schafft die fortschrittliche Fertigungstechnologie einen Bedarf an einem <a href=\"https:\/\/rewo.io\/en\/reskilling-manufacturing-workers\/\">besser ausgebildete Arbeitskr\u00e4fte<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Entwicklung von Fertigungskompetenzen erfolgt nicht abstrakt.
