Ein Stamm in diesem Sinne ist vielleicht eine Gruppe oder Untergruppe von Menschen, die ein solches gemeinsames Wissen teilen. Aus der Sicht eines Unternehmens ist Stammeswissen oder&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Know-how\">Know-how<\/a>&nbsp;ist die kollektive Weisheit der Organisation.
