Eine Kompetenzmatrix ist daf\u00fcr ein wichtiges Instrument. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was ist eine Kompetenzmatrix?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kompetenzmatrix ist ein visuelles Hilfsmittel, das Ihnen hilft, die F\u00e4higkeiten und Kompetenzen von Einzelpersonen innerhalb einer Organisation, einer Gruppe oder eines Teams klar zu erkennen. Die Kompetenzmatrix ist ein Teil des Kompetenzmanagements. Auf der linken Seite werden spezifische F\u00e4higkeiten oder Wissensbereiche angezeigt, die beispielsweise f\u00fcr ein bestimmtes Projekt erforderlich sind. Als n\u00e4chstes m\u00fcssen f\u00fcr jeden Namen zwei Variablen eingegeben werden: die Beherrschung der betreffenden F\u00e4higkeit und das Interesse, die F\u00e4higkeit zu nutzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn sie richtig eingesetzt wird, bietet die Kompetenzmatrix einen zuverl\u00e4ssigen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber das Wissen und die F\u00e4higkeiten, die in einem Team vorhanden sind. Sie kann Ihnen sagen, ob Sie \u00fcber die notwendigen F\u00e4higkeiten verf\u00fcgen, um bestimmte Aufgaben auszuf\u00fchren.
