FIT4FoF hat einen neuen Rahmen f\u00fcr die allgemeine und berufliche Bildung entwickelt, der die Arbeitnehmer (Frauen und M\u00e4nner) in den Mittelpunkt eines Mitgestaltungs- und Entwicklungsprozesses stellt, der ihren Qualifikationsbedarf erkennt und ber\u00fccksichtigt. Durch die Anwendung von Bildungsans\u00e4tzen, die auf Communities of Practice basieren, bef\u00e4higt FIT4FoF die Arbeitnehmer, die Gestaltung, Entwicklung und Durchf\u00fchrung ihrer eigenen Weiterbildungsprogramme selbst in die Hand zu nehmen.
