Aber leider ist das keine perfekte Welt. Manchmal passieren Dinge, die die Produktion aus dem Plan werfen. Hier kommt Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) ins Spiel. Sp\u00e4ter f\u00fchrten auch Toyota und andere japanische Hersteller den Ansatz ein, da TPM eine nat\u00fcrliche Erweiterung der schlanken Produktion ist, da TPM ebenfalls auf die Beseitigung von Verschwendung abzielt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) bezieht alle Mitarbeiter in das Bem\u00fchen ein, Verschwendung zu vermeiden, indem der Betrieb, die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit und die Effizienz der zur Herstellung von Produkten verwendeten Anlagen verbessert werden. TPM verlagert die Verantwortung f\u00fcr die routinem\u00e4\u00dfige und vorbeugende Wartung von den Mitgliedern des Anlagen- oder Wartungsteams auf die Bediener, die tats\u00e4chlich mit den Anlagen arbeiten. Damit sind die Personen, die mit den Anlagen am besten vertraut sind, daf\u00fcr verantwortlich, dass diese mit maximaler Leistung laufen. Wenn TPM richtig umgesetzt wird, versucht es, die folgenden Ziele zu erreichen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Keine Ger\u00e4teausf\u00e4lle<\/li><li>Keine Haltestellen<\/li><li>Schnellere und reibungslosere Produktion<\/li><li>Keine Defekte<\/li><li>Niedrigere Betriebskosten<\/li><li>Eine sicherere Arbeitsumgebung<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vorteile der totalen produktiven Wartung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Weniger ungeplante Wartung mit TPM<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit sorgf\u00e4ltig geplanter und zeitlich festgelegter Wartung sind die Anlagen extrem gut gewartet. Dar\u00fcber hinaus bef\u00e4higt TPM das gesamte Betriebspersonal, die Verantwortung f\u00fcr ihre Maschinen zu \u00fcbernehmen, und die Wartung ist eine <a href=\"https:\/\/rewo.io\/de\/arbeitsanweisungen-fur-die-vorbeugende-wartung\/\">positive Investition<\/a> f\u00fcr sie. Da TPM die Wartung pers\u00f6nlich macht, werden die Anlagen besser gepflegt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Geringere Ausfallzeiten der Ausr\u00fcstung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mehr geplante Wartung bedeutet weniger Ausf\u00e4lle. Durch die Implementierung proaktiver Wartungsaktivit\u00e4ten werden Ausfallzeiten minimiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Total Productive Maintenance senkt die Herstellungskosten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Als <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oee.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gesamteffizienz der Ausr\u00fcstung<\/a> (OEE) steigt, werden auch die Produktionskosten minimiert. H\u00f6here Produktivit\u00e4t f\u00fchrt zu h\u00f6heren Gewinnen und geringeren Ausgaben f\u00fcr Stillstandszeiten und Reparaturen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Gest\u00e4rkte Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Da TPM auf der Grundlage der 5S-Methode aufgebaut ist, wird der Arbeitsplatz systematisch organisiert und gereinigt.
