FIT4FoF ha sviluppato un nuovo quadro educativo e formativo, che pone i lavoratori (donne e uomini) al centro di un processo di co-progettazione e sviluppo che riconosce e risponde alle loro esigenze di competenze. Applicando approcci educativi basati sulle Comunit\u00e0 di Pratica, FIT4FoF consente ai lavoratori di essere i promotori della progettazione, dello sviluppo e dell'erogazione dei propri programmi di riqualificazione.
