Kme\u0148 v tomto zmysle m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 skupina alebo podskupina \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed zdie\u013eaj\u00fa tak\u00e9to spolo\u010dn\u00e9 znalosti. Z podnikov\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska s\u00fa kme\u0148ov\u00e9 znalosti, resp.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Know-how\">know-how<\/a>&nbsp;je kolekt\u00edvna m\u00fadros\u0165 organiz\u00e1cie. Je to s\u00fahrn v\u0161etk\u00fdch znalost\u00ed a schopnost\u00ed v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed. Za\u010dnite so zamestnancami, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou va\u0161ej organiz\u00e1cie najdlh\u0161ie. Pr\u00edklad niekoho, kto je dr\u017eite\u013eom kme\u0148ov\u00fdch znalost\u00ed? Spome\u0148te si na in\u017einierov, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa v organiz\u00e1cii 10, 20, 30 a viac rokov. Pravdepodobne pracovali na produktoch a syst\u00e9moch, ktor\u00e9 sa u\u017e ani nepou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa, alebo pou\u017e\u00edvali n\u00e1stroje a postupy, ktor\u00e9 sa u\u017e neu\u010dia, ale st\u00e1le m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9 v n\u00fadzov\u00fdch alebo jedine\u010dn\u00fdch situ\u00e1ci\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ur\u010dite, ak\u00e9 vedomosti maj\u00fa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zisti\u0165, \u010do va\u0161i sk\u00fasen\u00ed zamestnanci vedia a \u010do v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina ostatn\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed nevie, m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 zlo\u017eit\u00fd proces, ak k nemu pristupujete z reakt\u00edvnej perspekt\u00edvy (preto je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 dokumentova\u0165 skupinov\u00e9 znalosti v priebehu pr\u00e1ce). Tieto znalosti s\u00fa typom znalost\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 potrebujete vy\u0165a\u017ei\u0165 zo svojich sk\u00fasen\u00fdch zamestnancov, alebo dokonca z vlastnej hlavy pre bud\u00face pou\u017eitie. Skryt\u00e9, nen\u00e1padn\u00e9 riadky k\u00f3du alebo jemn\u00e9 idiosynkrazie vo va\u0161ich syst\u00e9moch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zdokumentujte kme\u0148ov\u00e9 znalosti po\u010das pr\u00e1ce<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dokumentovanie kme\u0148ov\u00fdch znalost\u00ed je zodpovednos\u0165ou mana\u017ementu aj jednotliv\u00fdch zamestnancov. K tomuto procesu m\u00f4\u017eete pristupova\u0165 r\u00f4znymi sp\u00f4sobmi, ale predov\u0161etk\u00fdm je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, aby k nemu skuto\u010dne do\u0161lo.
