Proces, postup a pracovn\u00e1 in\u0161trukcia na seba navz\u00e1jom nadv\u00e4zuj\u00fa svojou komplexnos\u0165ou. Procesy opisuj\u00fa, ak\u00e9 ciele a \u0161pecifik\u00e1cie je potrebn\u00e9 vykona\u0165. SOP popisuj\u00fa, ako by sa mal proces v ur\u010dit\u00fdch situ\u00e1ci\u00e1ch vykon\u00e1va\u0165. Pracovn\u00e9 in\u0161trukcie opisuj\u00fa, ako by sa mali vykon\u00e1va\u0165 jednotliv\u00e9 kroky v SOP.
