Na spr\u00e1vu ich <a href=\"https:\/\/rewo.io\/sk\/co-su-pracovne-pokyny-v-sulade-s-iso-a-ako-ich-napisat\/\">digit\u00e1lne dokumenty<\/a> a vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 v\u00fdhody dodato\u010dn\u00e9ho zabezpe\u010denia, kontroly pr\u00edstupu, centralizovan\u00e9ho ukladania a zjednodu\u0161en\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed vyh\u013ead\u00e1vania a z\u00edskavania, mnoh\u00e9 spolo\u010dnosti vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa syst\u00e9my spr\u00e1vy dokumentov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Syst\u00e9my spr\u00e1vy dokumentov (DMS) predstavuj\u00fa pou\u017e\u00edvanie po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu a softv\u00e9ru na ukladanie, spr\u00e1vu a sledovanie elektronick\u00fdch dokumentov a elektronick\u00fdch obrazov inform\u00e1ci\u00ed v papierovej podobe, ktor\u00e9 sa z\u00edskavaj\u00fa pomocou skenera dokumentov. DMS dnes maj\u00fa r\u00f4znu ve\u013ekos\u0165 a rozsah od mal\u00fdch samostatn\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov a\u017e po rozsiahle celopodnikov\u00e9 konfigur\u00e1cie sl\u00fa\u017eiace glob\u00e1lnemu publiku.
