FIT4FoF vyvinul nov\u00fd r\u00e1mec vzdel\u00e1vania a odbornej pr\u00edpravy, ktor\u00fd stavia pracovn\u00edkov (\u017eeny a mu\u017eov) do centra procesu spolo\u010dn\u00e9ho navrhovania a rozvoja, ktor\u00fd uzn\u00e1va a rie\u0161i ich potreby v oblasti zru\u010dnost\u00ed. Uplat\u0148ovan\u00edm vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edch pr\u00edstupov zalo\u017een\u00fdch na spolo\u010denstv\u00e1ch praxe FIT4FoF posil\u0148uje postavenie pracovn\u00edkov, aby boli hnacou silou pri navrhovan\u00ed, rozvoji a realiz\u00e1cii svojich vlastn\u00fdch programov zvy\u0161ovania kvalifik\u00e1cie.
