Ak nevyu\u017e\u00edvate v\u0161etky svoje zdroje naplno, str\u00e1cate efekt\u00edvnos\u0165 a t\u00fdm brzd\u00edte v\u00fdrobu. Medzi tieto zanedban\u00e9 zdroje patr\u00ed v\u0161etko od n\u00e1strojov na riadenie v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch projektov a\u017e po <a href=\"https:\/\/rewo.io\/sk\/prekracovanie-medzery-v-zrucnostiach-vo-vyrobe\/\">zru\u010dnosti zamestnancov<\/a>. Ke\u010f spolo\u010dnosti za\u010dali myslie\u0165 na viac ako len miestnu a region\u00e1lnu distrib\u00faciu, ke\u010f s\u00fa\u0165a\u017eili s dom\u00e1cimi aj zahrani\u010dn\u00fdmi konkurentmi o podiel na trhu, potreba efekt\u00edvnosti, konzistentnosti a r\u00fdchlosti dala vznikn\u00fa\u0165 vedeck\u00e9mu sk\u00famaniu sp\u00f4sobu v\u00fdroby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160t\u00edhla v\u00fdroba, ktor\u00fa pozn\u00e1me dnes, je odvoden\u00e1 od prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9ho modelu spolo\u010dnosti Toyota \u201cThe Toyota Way\u201d z roku 1930. Term\u00edn \u201cLean\u201d zaviedol v roku 1988 <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/John_Krafcik\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">John Krafcik<\/a>, a v roku 1996 definovan\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lean.org\/about-lei\/board-of-directors\/james-womack\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">James Womack<\/a> a Daniela Jonesa pozost\u00e1va z piatich k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch z\u00e1sad: \u201cPresne \u0161pecifikova\u0165 hodnotu pod\u013ea konkr\u00e9tneho produktu, identifikova\u0165 hodnotov\u00fd tok pre ka\u017ed\u00fd produkt, zabezpe\u010di\u0165, aby hodnota plynula bez preru\u0161enia, necha\u0165 z\u00e1kazn\u00edka \u0165aha\u0165 hodnotu od v\u00fdrobcu a usilova\u0165 o dokonalos\u0165.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Presn\u00e9 d\u00f4vody prijatia JIT v Japonsku nie s\u00fa jasn\u00e9, ale predpoklad\u00e1 sa, \u017ee sa za\u010dalo po\u017eiadavkou vyrie\u0161i\u0165 nedostato\u010dn\u00fa \u0161tandardiz\u00e1ciu. V\u00fdskumn\u00edci pon\u00fakaj\u00fa \u0161tyri d\u00f4vody, ktor\u00e9 tu parafr\u00e1zujeme. Po\u010das obnovy japonsk\u00e9ho priemyslu po druhej svetovej vojne:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Nedostatok hotovosti v Japonsku s\u0165a\u017eoval priemyslu financovanie met\u00f3d ve\u013ekos\u00e9riovej v\u00fdroby s ve\u013ek\u00fdmi z\u00e1sobami, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa be\u017en\u00e9 inde.<\/li><li>Japonsko nemalo dostatok priestoru na v\u00fdstavbu ve\u013ek\u00fdch tov\u00e1rn\u00ed nalo\u017een\u00fdch z\u00e1sobami.<\/li><li>Na japonsk\u00fdch ostrovoch ch\u00fdbaj\u00fa pr\u00edrodn\u00e9 zdroje na v\u00fdrobu produktov.<\/li><li>Japonsko malo vysok\u00fa nezamestnanos\u0165, \u010do znamenalo, \u017ee met\u00f3dy efekt\u00edvnosti pr\u00e1ce neboli samozrejmou cestou k priemyseln\u00e9mu \u00faspechu.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Japonci tak \u201czo\u0161t\u00edhlili\u201d svoje procesy. \u201cPostavili men\u0161ie tov\u00e1rne, v ktor\u00fdch sa nach\u00e1dzali len materi\u00e1ly, na ktor\u00fdch sa pr\u00e1ve pracovalo. Pod\u013ea v\u00fdskumu, ktor\u00fd uskuto\u010dnila spolo\u010dnos\u0165<a href=\"https:\/\/leanenterprise.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> V\u00fdskumn\u00e9 centrum \u0161t\u00edhleho podnikania (LERC)<\/a>, plne 60% v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed v typickej v\u00fdrobnej oper\u00e1cii je plytvanie - neprid\u00e1va z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi \u017eiadnu hodnotu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zni\u017eovanie alebo odstra\u0148ovanie plytvania je pre \u0161t\u00edhly mana\u017ement nevyhnutn\u00e9, ale pr\u00ednosy \u0161t\u00edhlej v\u00fdroby sa m\u00f4\u017eu l\u00ed\u0161i\u0165 v z\u00e1vislosti od toho, koho sa p\u00fdtame. Niektor\u00ed hovoria, \u017ee zvy\u0161uje zisk spolo\u010dnosti, zatia\u013e \u010do in\u00ed tvrdia, \u017ee jej zlep\u0161enia sl\u00fa\u017eia v\u00fdlu\u010dne na vytv\u00e1ranie hodnoty pre z\u00e1kazn\u00edka a zvy\u0161ovanie jeho spokojnosti.
