Ker se izku\u0161eni delavci upokojujejo, na trg delovne sile pa prihaja mlaj\u0161a, tehnolo\u0161ko podkovana generacija, je vrzel v znanju in izku\u0161njah vedno bolj o\u010ditna. Podjetja morajo ne le najti na\u010dine za premostitev te vrzeli, temve\u010d tudi prilagoditi svoje metode usposabljanja in delovanja, da bi izpolnila pri\u010dakovanja nove delovne sile.
