Zdaj se soo\u010da z najve\u010djim izzivom - nara\u0161\u010dajo\u010do vrzeljo v znanju in spretnostih. Usposobljeni in izobra\u017eeni delavci so za proizvodno industrijo enako pomembni kot kdaj koli prej, \u010deprav se njihova vloga spreminja. Vendar morajo najti nove na\u010dine za dodajanje vrednosti in nenehno razvijati strokovno znanje, ki ga ni mogo\u010de prenesti na stroje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delodajalci \u017eelijo svojim delavcem pomagati pri razvoju novih znanj in spretnosti, vendar mnogi ne vedo, kako bi dodatno usposabljali osebje, ne da bi pri tem ustavili proizvodnjo ali odpustili delavce z delovnega mesta. \u010ce proizvajalci ne bodo na\u0161li re\u0161itev, se bo vrzel v znanju in spretnostih, ki ogro\u017ea industrijo, verjetno ohranila tudi v prihodnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-0b990424\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Velikost problema vrzeli v znanju in spretnostih<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nacionalno zdru\u017eenje proizvajalcev (NAM) navaja, da bo v naslednjem desetletju predvidoma ostalo nezasedenih dva milijona delovnih mest v proizvodnji. Po podatkih In\u0161tituta za proizvodnjo 80 odstotkov proizvajalcev poro\u010da o velikem pomanjkanju usposobljenih kandidatov. To velja tudi za delovna mesta v oddelku za vzdr\u017eevanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomanjkanje usposobljenih strokovnjakov za vzdr\u017eevanje predstavlja trojni izziv za proizvodnjo. Prvi\u010d, generacija baby-boomerjev se upokojuje s hitrostjo 10.000 delavcev na dan. Ta stopnja upokojevanja bi lahko pomenila, da bo v naslednjih desetih letih proizvodne obrate vsako leto zapustilo ve\u010d kot 10.000 izku\u0161enih strokovnjakov za vzdr\u017eevanje. Veliko proizvodnih podjetij <a href=\"https:\/\/rewo.io\/sl\/izguba-znanja-nenacrtovani-izpadi\/\">znanje bo od\u0161lo z njimi<\/a>. Poleg tega se bo \u0161tevilo delovnih mest na podro\u010dju industrijskega vzdr\u017eevanja do leta 2024 pove\u010dalo za 16 odstotkov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-568f0486\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Uporaba tehnologije za odpravo vrzeli v znanju in spretnostih<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vodstveni delavci in direktorji razumejo te\u017eavo, vendar so mnogi v zadregi, kaj naj storijo v zvezi s tem. Kako naj podjetje \u0161e naprej nemoteno deluje in dosega proizvodne cilje, \u010de so zaposleni vsak dan ve\u010d ur v u\u010dilnicah?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tehnologija, ki je do neke mere pove\u010dala vrzel v znanju in spretnostih ter proizvajalcem prinesla druge izzive, ponuja tudi re\u0161itve. Zdaj, ko je vse drugo v tovarni povezano, je lahko povezana tudi izku\u0161nja usposabljanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-04b30e41\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Uporaba raz\u0161irjene resni\u010dnosti v proizvodnji<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Raz\u0161irjena resni\u010dnost (AR), ki prekriva digitalne informacije z resni\u010dnim svetom, in navidezna resni\u010dnost (VR), ki omogo\u010da potopitev v digitalno okolje, ponujata u\u010dinkovita u\u010dna orodja. Programi VR in AR so na\u010din, kako prenesti pouk na mesto, kjer je potreben, v nasprotju s tem, da bi morali zaposleni pustiti delo za seboj, da bi se udele\u017eili pouka. Za proizvajalce, ki jih najbolj skrbi, da bi med izobra\u017eevalnimi sre\u010danji ohranili ritem proizvodnje, AR ponuja izvedljivo mo\u017enost. Ko se dodajo nove lekcije, jih je mogo\u010de preprosto prenesti v napravo AR brez upo\u010dasnitve dela ali proizvodnje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-a61804d6\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Uporaba virtualne resni\u010dnosti v proizvodnji<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>VR je tudi u\u010dinkovito u\u010dno orodje, zlasti pri proizvodnih procesih, ki predstavljajo fizi\u010dno nevarnost za delavce. Namesto da se delavci u\u010dijo na delovnem mestu, kjer lahko naredijo napake, se lahko za zahtevna dela usposabljajo v virtualnem okolju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pametni pripomo\u010dki so za proizvajalce ustvarili svet novih izzivov. Vendar pa lahko povezani pripomo\u010dki ponudijo inovativne re\u0161itve, ko gre za odpravljanje vrzeli v znanju in spretnostih.
