Gre za dosledno vklju\u010devanje ljudi v proizvodni proces, nenehno izbolj\u0161evanje in osredoto\u010danje na dejavnosti za ustvarjanje dodane vrednosti z izogibanjem odpadkom. Vendar se je v proizvodnem sektorju nedavno pojavila nova paradigma, imenovana industrija 4.0 ali \u010detrta industrijska revolucija. Ta omogo\u010da vzpostavitev pametnega omre\u017eja strojev, izdelkov, sestavnih delov, lastnosti, posameznikov in sistemov IKT v celotni vrednostni verigi za vzpostavitev inteligentne tovarne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Povezava je njihov skupni cilj - operativna odli\u010dnost.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Proizvajalci \u017ee ve\u010d desetletij uporabljajo <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lean_manufacturing\">na\u010dela vitkega poslovanja<\/a> in orodja za zmanj\u0161anje operativne zapletenosti in izbolj\u0161anje produktivnosti. Na spletni strani <strong>vitek pristop <\/strong>zagotavlja podlago za <strong>operativna odli\u010dnost s standardizacijo procesov, uvajanjem kulture stalnih izbolj\u0161av in opolnomo\u010denjem delavcev.<\/strong> na delovnem mestu. Vendar pa so \u0161tevilna podjetja zaradi vse ve\u010dje kompleksnosti poslovanja ugotovila, da vitko upravljanje samo po sebi ne zadostuje za re\u0161evanje njihovih operativnih izzivov. Oba pristopa imata isti cilj, in sicer <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operational_excellence\">operativna odli\u010dnost<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Razlika je v njihovi poti in orodjih do skupnega cilja.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako vitko upravljanje kot industrija 4.0 podpirata cilje operativne odli\u010dnosti, vendar za doseganje teh ciljev uporabljata razli\u010dne vrste orodij.&nbsp;<strong>vitko upravljanje<\/strong>&nbsp;pristop <strong>zmanj\u0161a zapletenost in stro\u0161ke z odpravo odpadkov in dejavnosti, ki ne ustvarjajo dodane vrednosti, v celotnem procesu ali vrednostni verigi.<\/strong>. Senzorji, stroji, obdelovanci in informacijski sistemi so povezani v vrednostno verigo, ki presega okvire posameznega podjetja. Ti povezani sistemi lahko medsebojno delujejo in analizirajo podatke za napovedovanje napak, preoblikovanje in prilagajanje spremembam. Proizvajalci lahko dose\u017eejo nove ravni operativne u\u010dinkovitosti.
