V dana\u0161njih <a href=\"https:\/\/rewo.io\/en\/a-manufacturing-shift-to-a-more-demanding-market\/\">svet, nasi\u010den s tehnologijo.<\/a>, vendar so ta znanja potrebna za skoraj vse zaposlene. Spremenile se bodo vrste spretnosti, ki jih potrebujejo podjetja, kar bo mo\u010dno vplivalo na poklicne poti, ki jih bodo morali posamezniki prehoditi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po obsegu je podoben spopadanju z obse\u017enim prehodom s kmetijskega dela na proizvodnjo, ki se je zgodil v za\u010detku 20. stoletja v Severni Ameriki in Evropi ter pred kratkim na Kitajskem. Glede na to, kdo mora najti nova delovna mesta, pa se gibljemo na neznanem obmo\u010dju. Omenjena prej\u0161nja preoblikovanja delovne sile so potekala ve\u010d desetletij, kar je starej\u0161im delavcem omogo\u010dilo upokojitev, novim zaposlenim pa prehod v rasto\u010de panoge. Danes pa so spremembe lahko hitrej\u0161e.
