Danes industrija do\u017eivlja vznemirljive in eksponentne spremembe, saj tehnologije, kot so umetna inteligenca, robotika in internet stvari, hitro spreminjajo delovna mesta. \u010ceprav so nekateri napovedovali, da bodo te nove tehnologije ukinile delovna mesta, smo ugotovili nasprotno - dejansko se ustvarja ve\u010d delovnih mest.
