Ne gre za to, da delovnih mest ni. Pa\u010d pa gre bolj za to, da proizvajalci sami te\u017eje zapolnjujejo delovna mesta. Stopnja zaposlovanja se je zmanj\u0161ala, saj se panoga spopada z vrzeljo v znanju in spretnostih. V hitro spreminjajo\u010dem se gospodarstvu bo te\u017eko dose\u010di idejo o zaposlitvi za vse \u017eivljenje. Stvari se \u0161e bolj zapletejo, ko morajo podjetja mno\u017ei\u010dno zaposlovati zaradi skokovitega pove\u010danja proizvodnje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mno\u017ei\u010dno zaposlovanje bo preizkusilo va\u0161e meje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160tevilna podjetja in organizacije obravnavajo prijave in opravljajo razgovore za prosta delovna mesta, ki nastanejo zaradi odpovedi ali odstopa enega ali dveh zaposlenih.
