Zakaj ni dovolj delavcev?  Najpogostej\u0161i odgovor podjetij in zagovorni\u0161kih skupin na to vpra\u0161anje je, da gre za temeljno pomanjkanje znanja in spretnosti.  Delavci preprosto nimajo potrebnih znanj in spretnosti za delo v dana\u0161nji visokotehnolo\u0161ki proizvodnji. S tem, ko znanje postaja sestavni del proizvodne prakse, tako za delavce kot za vodstvo, napredna proizvodna tehnologija ustvarja potrebo po <a href=\"https:\/\/rewo.io\/en\/reskilling-manufacturing-workers\/\">bolj izobra\u017eena delovna sila<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Razvoj proizvodnih spretnosti ni abstrakten. Povezan je z vrsto ciljev, zlasti z ustvarjanjem in ohranjanjem dobro usposobljene, prilagodljive in motivirane delovne sile v proizvodnji, ki jo sestavljajo bodo\u010di in sedanji delavci na vseh obi\u010dajnih ravneh, vklju\u010dno s tehni\u010dnimi strokovnjaki in mened\u017eerji, srednjimi tehniki in delavci v proizvodnji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tehnologija zapolnjuje vrzel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Veliko podjetij se osredoto\u010da na usposabljanje delavcev za nove tehnologije. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.honeywell.com\/en-us\/newsroom\/news\/2018\/02\/how-ar-and-vr-are-revolutionizing-job-training\">Honeywellove tehnologije<\/a> z novimi tehnologijami pomaga podjetjem pri zaposlovanju in usposabljanju delavcev. Te tehnologije, ki segajo od <a href=\"https:\/\/rewo.io\/sl\/\">video navodila<\/a> do AR\/VR - skupaj s pametnimi nosljivimi napravami omogo\u010dajo zajemanje in prenos znanja na nove in u\u010dinkovite na\u010dine. Namesto tradicionalnega u\u010denja v u\u010dilnici Honeywellov program usposabljanja omogo\u010da, da nekdo dejansko opravi nalogo, zato je krivulja u\u010denja veliko hitrej\u0161a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hitrej\u0161e u\u010denje je \u0161e posebej pomembno, saj mlaj\u0161i delavci niso pripravljeni porabiti 15 let za usposabljanje, ki je bilo v\u010dasih potrebno za usposobljenost za opravljanje nekaterih od teh del.
