Skupno se ti dogodki imenujejo \u201c\u010das prehoda\u201d ali izmeni\u010dno \u201cnastavitev\u201d, \u201cpriprava\u201d ali \u201cna\u010drtovani \u010das zaustavitve\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strogo gledano je ta na\u010drtovani izostanek meritev \u010dasa cikla od trenutka, ko je izdelan zadnji dober del prej\u0161njega procesa, do trenutka, ko je izdelan prvi dober del naslednjega procesa. Skraj\u0161anje \u010dasa prehoda je klju\u010dna sestavina izvajanja sistema vle\u010dne proizvodnje, ki deluje s \u010dim manj zalogami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zakaj je treba optimizirati \u010das prehoda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zmanj\u0161anje \u010dasa preklopa sprosti ve\u010d produktivnega \u010dasa (dodane vrednosti) za teko\u010do proizvodnjo. Druga prednost je, da lahko s skraj\u0161anjem \u010dasa menjave zmanj\u0161ate velikost proizvodnih serij, koli\u010dino nedokon\u010dane proizvodnje (WIP) in zaloge. Enominutna zamenjava se nana\u0161a na skraj\u0161anje \u010dasa zamenjave na manj kot 10 minut, zamenjava matric pa se nana\u0161a na prvotno zgodovinsko delo, ki ga je opravil <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Shigeo_Shingo\">Shigeo Shingo<\/a>, razvoj SMED in njegova uporaba v avtomobilskih stiskalnicah. Shigeo Shingo je lahko v \u0161tevilnih podjetjih skraj\u0161al \u010das nastavitve za faktor 20 ali ve\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri SMED je postopek prehoda na euro razdeljen na zaporedni seznam korakov, imenovanih elementi. Cilj SMED je odstraniti \u010dim ve\u010d delov iz postopka prehoda na euro, tako da jih lo\u010dimo ali pretvorimo, nato pa racionaliziramo vse preostale elemente (jih dokon\u010damo hitreje, la\u017eje ali vzporedno z drugimi deli). Bistvo sistema SMED je pretvoriti \u010dim ve\u010d korakov preklopa v \u201czunanje\u201d (ki se izvajajo med delovanjem opreme) ter poenostaviti in racionalizirati preostale korake. Ime Single-Minute Exchange of Dies izhaja iz cilja, da se izmerjeni \u010dasi skraj\u0161ajo na \u201cenomestne\u201d \u0161tevilke (tj. manj kot 10 minut).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uspe\u0161en program SMED bo imel naslednje prednosti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ni\u017eji stro\u0161ki proizvodnje (hitrej\u0161i preklopi pomenijo manj izpadov opreme);<\/li><li>Manj\u0161e velikosti serij (hitrej\u0161i prehodi omogo\u010dajo pogostej\u0161e menjave izdelkov);<\/li><li>bolj\u0161a odzivnost na povpra\u0161evanje strank (manj\u0161e serije omogo\u010dajo bolj prilagodljivo na\u010drtovanje);<\/li><li>ni\u017eje zaloge (manj\u0161e velikosti serij zmanj\u0161ujejo zaloge);<\/li><li>la\u017eji zagon (standardizirani procesi izbolj\u0161ajo doslednost in kakovost).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Izbolj\u0161anje \u010dasov prehoda na novo s SOP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Najhitrej\u0161a pot do izbolj\u0161anja \u010dasov prehoda je obi\u010dajno z netehni\u010dnimi izbolj\u0161avami, kot so oblikovanje standardiziranih navodil za delo, ozna\u010devanje znanih nastavitev na opremi in prikazovanje meritev v realnem \u010dasu. <a href=\"https:\/\/rewo.io\/sl\/\">Sistemi, kot je REWO<\/a>, ki omogo\u010dajo ustvarjanje standardnih operativnih postopkov (SOP) na podlagi videoposnetkov, so idealno primerni za hitro dokumentiranje postopkov prehoda, saj so dostopnej\u0161i, enostavni za uporabo in spodbujajo kulturo stalnih izbolj\u0161av. REWO je celovita video platforma SOP, ki jo je mogo\u010de priklju\u010diti in uporabljati ter prena\u0161a znanje do 12-krat hitreje kot tradicionalne metode dokumentiranja.
