Ali pa ste ga v naglici shranili in pozabili, kam ste ga odlo\u017eili? \u010ce \u017eelite izvedeti ve\u010d o tej temi in pridobiti nasvete, kako organizirati navodila za delo, obvezno nadaljujte z branjem. Vendar pa je treba organizirati\ntak\u0161ne kupe dokumentacije, sicer lahko zlahka postanejo nered. Organiziranje dela\ndokumentacije morda zahteva nekaj ra\u010dunalni\u0161kega znanja, vendar ni te\u017eko delo za\ntiste, ki so se pripravljeni u\u010diti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pri spletnem urejanju navodil za delo najprej preverite, ali je treba upo\u0161tevati katerega od standardov. Obi\u010dajno podjetja upo\u0161tevajo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iso.org\/standards.html\">standardi, kot je ISO<\/a> ali podobno. Ne pozabite pisati, urejati in prikazovati dokumentov na na\u010din, ki je v skladu s standardi. <\/li><li>Pri poimenovanju in prepisovanju zadnje razli\u010dice datoteke bodite previdni. Dvakrat preverite, ali je ime navodil za delo jasno in ali vklju\u010duje delovno mesto, za katero je namenjeno. Iskreno povedano, nikoli niste zares\nne veste, kdaj se bo va\u0161 ra\u010dunalnik zru\u0161il in odnesel vse va\u0161e shranjene\ndokumentacijo. Tukaj je nekaj nasvetov o tem, kako u\u010dinkovito organizirati brez povezave,\nsistem delovnih navodil, ki ga je enostavno upravljati. In kar je najbolj\u0161e, ti nasveti so\nuporabni tudi za shranjevanje doma\u010de dokumentacije!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Odlo\u010dite se, kako \u017eelite razdeliti navodila za delo, in izberite metodo, ki vam najbolj ustreza. Delite jih lahko po:<ul><li>oddelek,<\/li><li>abecedni vrstni red dela (od A do \u017d),<\/li><li>vrste (npr. stroji, ra\u010dunalniki, tiskalniki...),<\/li><li>ali drugo.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Urejene mape z datotekami razvrstite v skupine in jih ozna\u010dite z opombami, da boste lahko hitro na\u0161li, kaj vsebuje posamezna datoteka. <\/li><li>Shranjujte na varnem in priro\u010dnem mestu ter prostor ozna\u010dite z oznako \u00bbDelovna navodila\u00ab. Natisnjena navodila za delo naj hrani oseba, ki je odgovorna za vodenje dokumentacije, naj se hranijo v arhivu ali razdelijo po podjetju. Z distribucijo mislimo, da vsak oddelek dobi le posebna navodila, ki se nana\u0161ajo na njegovo delo.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne glede na to, ali gre za spletno ali\nurejena navodila za delo omogo\u010dajo hitrej\u0161o distribucijo in\nobdelavo informacij tistemu, ki jih potrebuje.
