V tem smislu je pleme morda skupina ali podskupina ljudi, ki si delijo tak\u0161no skupno znanje. Z vidika podjetja je plemensko znanje ali&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Know-how\">znanje in izku\u0161nje<\/a>&nbsp;je kolektivna modrost organizacije. Je vsota znanja in sposobnosti vseh ljudi.
