Matrika znanj in spretnosti je za to klju\u010dno orodje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kaj je matrika znanj in spretnosti?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Matrika znanj in spretnosti je vizualno orodje, ki vam pomaga jasno prikazati znanja in spretnosti ter kompetence posameznikov v organizaciji, skupini ali timu. Matrika spretnosti je del upravljanja spretnosti. Na levi strani so prikazana specifi\u010dna znanja in spretnosti ali podro\u010dja znanja, ki so potrebna na primer za dolo\u010den projekt. Nato je treba za vsako ime vnesti dve spremenljivki: znanje v zvezi z zadevno spretnostjo in zanimanje za uporabo spretnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ob pravilni uporabi je matrika znanj in spretnosti zanesljiv pregled znanja in spretnosti, ki so na voljo v ekipi.
