Tisti, ki v tem obdobju uspevajo, pa uporabljajo bolj celosten pristop. Zavedajo se, da je digitalna preobrazba, ki se uporablja na vseh podro\u010djih poslovanja, predvsem pa je klju\u010dnega pomena razvoj talentov oziroma usposabljanje delavcev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Usposabljanje delavcev za uspeh v prihodnosti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Po podatkih dru\u017ebe Deloitte&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/content\/dam\/insights\/us\/articles\/us32959-industry-4-0\/DI_Industry4.0.pdf\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u201c\u010cetrta industrijska revolucija\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;Poro\u010dilo ka\u017ee, da vse ve\u010d vodilnih delavcev podjetij priznava pomen razvoja talentov in vse\u017eivljenjskega u\u010denja, ki vklju\u010duje samostojno u\u010denje, nadaljnje izobra\u017eevanje in stalen strokovni razvoj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eden od vidikov industrije 4.0, o katerem se je najve\u010d ugibalo, je potencialni u\u010dinek kognitivnih tehnologij na delovno silo. Na koncu se ljudje zana\u0161ajo na neuradne metode usposabljanja, kot je spremljanje dela, ki je v \u0161tevilnih podjetjih obi\u010dajna praksa \u017ee desetletja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Te tradicionalne metode usposabljanja so po naravi nestandardizirane in neu\u010dinkovit na\u010din prenosa znanja. Ne samo, da so potratni, ampak tudi pove\u010dujejo varnostna tveganja in negativno vplivajo na kakovost. Dejansko je 85% stro\u0161kov kakovosti \u0161e vedno posledica napak delavcev. Ta generacija delavcev ostane v podjetju le 2-3 leta in ne 20-30 let. \u010ce so prej\u0161nje generacije imele na voljo celotne kariere za razvoj znanj in spretnosti, jih ima sedanja delovna sila pribli\u017eno 10%. Na sre\u010do ima spreminjajo\u010da se delovna sila tudi svoje prednosti.
