Proces, postopek in delovno navodilo se med seboj razlikujejo po kompleksnosti. Procesi opisujejo cilje in specifikacije, ki jih je treba izvesti. SOP opisujejo, kako je treba proces izvesti v dolo\u010denih situacijah. Delovna navodila opisujejo, kako je treba izvesti vsakega od korakov v SOP. Da bi zagotovili u\u010dinkovito pou\u010devanje in usposabljanje, je dobro pripraviti opis organizacije pou\u010devanja in usposabljanja v podjetju. V majhnem podjetju z nekaj zaposlenimi postopek morda ni potreben, \u010de pa je zaposlenih ve\u010d, bi bilo dobro, da se tako pomembno vpra\u0161anje premisli in zapi\u0161e. Obi\u010dajna praksa je, da organizacijo varnosti in zdravja pri delu v podjetju vsem zaposlenim predstavi ena oseba. Lahko pa je ve\u010d razli\u010dnih oseb, ki zaposlene pou\u010dijo o tem, kako varno opraviti dolo\u010deno nalogo. Dobro je zapisati, kdo bo komu dajal katera navodila, da bo vsem vpletenim jasno. Pisno bele\u017eenje teh stvari je potrebno tudi zato, ker bo v primeru zamenjave osebe, ki v podjetju organizira navodila in usposabljanje, novi zaposleni imel jasen pregled nad tem, kako je to podro\u010dje organizirano v podjetju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dobra navodila za delo bodo olaj\u0161ala proces digitalizacije zaledne pisarne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kriza zaradi koronavirusov bo imela velik vpliv na svet dela in celo na kulturo dela. Po eni strani lahko mno\u017ei\u010dna uvedba digitalnih delovnih mest podjetjem prinese ve\u010djo produktivnost. Po drugi strani pa bo vsiljena te\u017enja po mno\u017ei\u010dnem delu na daljavo pokazala, kako pomembni so socialni stiki in ohranjanje kulture podjetja za inovativno in ustvarjalno kulturo delovnega mesta. Dobra vizualna navodila za delo bodo v pomo\u010d pri procesu digitalizacije.
