V resnici pa obstaja ve\u010d razli\u010dnih vrst usmerjevalnega gradiva in smernic, ki urejajo na\u010din dela v podjetjih, poslovnih segmentih in pri posameznih zaposlenih, pri \u010demer vsaka od njih na razli\u010dne na\u010dine zagotavlja vrednost za podjetje. Ta navodila po korakih so obi\u010dajno specifi\u010dna za oddelek ali delovno mesto in pojasnjujejo, kako izvesti SOP za izvedbo dolo\u010denih nalog. Delovna navodila na primer pojasnjujejo, kako opraviti vzdr\u017eevalni pregled stroja ali kako urediti datoteke na stre\u017eniku. Navodila za delo obi\u010dajno do neke mere obstajajo v podjetju, vendar bi ve\u010dina podjetij lahko imela temeljitej\u0161a in bolje napisana navodila za delo, ki so <a href=\"https:\/\/rewo.io\/sl\/\">la\u017eje sledenje<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Primer je:<\/em>&nbsp;Delovna navodila za vzdr\u017eevanje vsebujejo navodila po korakih, ki pojasnjujejo tedenske, mese\u010dne in letne preglede in vzdr\u017eevanje opreme. Delovna navodila so usklajena s SOP za preventivno vzdr\u017eevanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kaj so pripomo\u010dki za delo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomo\u010d pri delu je posebno gradivo, ki je namenjeno u\u010dinkovitej\u0161i izvedbi naloge. Dobro napisani pripomo\u010dki za delo prihranijo \u010das, pove\u010dajo natan\u010dnost in izbolj\u0161ajo u\u010dinkovitost dela. \u010ceprav bi lahko navodila za delo v nekaterih primerih uvrstili med pripomo\u010dke za delo, pa pripomo\u010dki za delo zajemajo ve\u010d kot le navodila. Primeri vklju\u010dujejo kontrolne sezname, ozna\u010dene fotografije delov opreme, imenike podjetij, letake in drugo dodatno gradivo, ki pomaga pri uspe\u0161ni izvedbi naloge. Glede na \u0161irino gradiva, ki predstavlja pripomo\u010dek za delo, ima ve\u010dina podjetij te pripomo\u010dke na voljo, v nekaterih primerih pa mora imeti podjetje za zapletene naloge na voljo bolj tehni\u010dne pripomo\u010dke za delo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017delite zaposlenim pomagati, da naloge opravijo bolje in u\u010dinkoviteje? Pomo\u010di za delo so odli\u010dna orodja za delo, ki zaposlenim posredujejo prave informacije ob pravem \u010dasu. \u010ce so dobro napisani, prihranijo \u010das, pove\u010dajo natan\u010dnost in izbolj\u0161ajo uspe\u0161nost dela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e<em>primer je:<\/em>&nbsp;Diagram dela opreme slu\u017ei kot delovni pripomo\u010dek, ki dopolnjuje navodila za delo, ki pojasnjujejo, kako izvesti SOP za preventivno vzdr\u017eevanje, ki je usklajen s politiko podjetja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zaklju\u010dek<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Najpomembnej\u0161a stvar, ki jo morate vedeti o teh razli\u010dnih usmerjevalnih sredstvih, je, da jih va\u0161e podjetje potrebuje, vendar jih morda nima. SOP pogosto ostanejo nenapisani ali pa se slabo izvajajo, ker nih\u010de nima \u010dasa, da bi jih vzpostavil ali posodobil. Navodila za delo se pogosto pripravijo, ko se od nekoga zahteva, da \u201cdokumentira, kaj po\u010dnete\u201d, vendar so rezultati nedosledni ali nepopolni.
