Gre za pomembno dejavnost, ki pomaga izbolj\u0161ati usposobljenost zaposlenih. Usposabljanje daje veliko <a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/326427056_The_Impact_of_Training_and_Development_on_Employee_Performance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ugodnosti<\/a> zaposlenim, kot so izbolj\u0161anje u\u010dinkovitosti in uspe\u0161nosti, razvoj samozavesti in pomo\u010d pri samoupravljanju. Na voljo so razli\u010dne vrste usposabljanja. Je oblika uvajanja novih zaposlenih, izvajalcev in obiskovalcev gradbi\u0161\u010da, da bi lahko svoje delo opravljali u\u010dinkovito, varno in v skladu z organizacijskimi postopki. Uvajalno usposabljanje uvajalcem omogo\u010da nemoten vstop v organizacijo in zagotavlja klju\u010dne informacije, potrebne za za\u010detek dela. Cilji uvajalnega usposabljanja so skladni s cilji \u0161ir\u0161ega postopka uvajanja. V ve\u010djih organizacijah so za pripravo kontrolnega seznama za uvajanje, na\u010drtovanje in upravljanje formalnega programa, pomo\u010d in svetovanje zaposlenim odgovorni vodje kadrovske slu\u017ebe ter slu\u017ebe za varnost in zdravje pri delu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stanje slu\u017eb, razli\u010dne ugodnosti, delovni \u010das, proizvedeno blago, proizvodne tehnike in kakovost izdelkov - vse to se novemu zaposlenemu predstavi med uvajalnim obdobjem. Tako uvajalno usposabljanje omogo\u010da novemu zaposlenemu, da se seznani z ozadjem in trenutnim polo\u017eajem svoje organizacije, prav tako pa ustvari njegovo zanimanje za organizacijo in spodbuja ob\u010dutek doma\u010dnosti z dru\u017eenjem z drugimi zaposlenimi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Usposabljanje za delo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Usposabljanje na delovnem mestu ali usposabljanje na delovnem mestu, znano tudi kot OJT, je prakti\u010dna metoda u\u010denja spretnosti, znanja in kompetenc, ki jih zaposleni potrebujejo za opravljanje dolo\u010denega dela na delovnem mestu. Zaposleni se u\u010dijo v okolju, v katerem bodo morali prakticirati znanje in spretnosti, pridobljene med usposabljanjem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri usposabljanju na delovnem mestu se uporabljajo obstoje\u010da orodja, stroji, dokumenti, oprema in znanje na delovnem mestu, da se delavec nau\u010di, kako u\u010dinkovito opravljati svoje delo. Posledi\u010dno ne obstajajo stojnice, ki bi od zaposlenega zahtevale, da usposabljanje prenese na delovno mesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Usposabljanje poteka v obi\u010dajnem delovnem okolju zaposlenega in lahko poteka med opravljanjem njegovega dejanskega dela.
