Veliko lastnikov podjetij meni, da sta upravljanje dokumentov in upravljanje znanja isto. Za upravljanje njihovih <a href=\"https:\/\/rewo.io\/sl\/kaj-so-delovna-navodila-skladna-s-standardom-iso-in-kako-jih-napisati\/\">digitalni dokumenti<\/a> in koristi od dodatne varnosti, nadzora dostopa, centraliziranega shranjevanja ter poenostavljenih mo\u017enosti iskanja in priklica, \u0161tevilna podjetja uporabljajo sisteme za upravljanje dokumentov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sistem za upravljanje dokumentov (DMS) je uporaba ra\u010dunalni\u0161kega sistema in programske opreme za shranjevanje, upravljanje in sledenje elektronskim dokumentom in elektronskim slikam informacij v papirni obliki, pridobljenih z uporabo opti\u010dnega bralnika dokumentov. DMS so danes zelo razli\u010dni po velikosti in obsegu, od majhnih samostojnih sistemov do velikih konfiguracij, ki zajemajo celotno podjetje in so namenjene globalnemu ob\u010dinstvu.  \u0160tevilni sistemi DMS zagotavljajo sredstva za elektronsko vklju\u010ditev standardnih praks arhiviranja fizi\u010dnih dokumentov.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kaj je upravljanje znanja?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Klasi\u010dna, jedrnata in \u0161e vedno natan\u010dna opredelitev <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Knowledge_management\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">upravljanje znanja<\/a> pravi, da je upravljanje znanja (KM) proces zajemanja, raz\u0161irjanja in u\u010dinkovite uporabe znanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce gremo nekoliko globlje, se KM lahko nana\u0161a na vse procese, povezane z ustvarjanjem, deljenjem, uporabo in upravljanjem va\u0161ega podjetja ali <a href=\"https:\/\/rewo.io\/sl\/prenos-znanja-naslednje-generacije-delavcev\/\">znanje organizacije<\/a>. Upo\u0161tevajte, da je upravljanje znanja povezano z upravljanjem informacij, vendar se od njega razlikuje: Medtem ko upravljanje informacij preprosto zagotavlja prave informacije pravim ljudem ob pravem \u010dasu, pa upravljanje znanja presega to in zagotavlja vpogled, strokovno znanje, izku\u0161nje in smernice v zvezi s temi informacijami.
