Pametne tovarne optimizirajo u\u010dinkovitost in produktivnost z raz\u0161iritvijo zmogljivosti proizvodnih naprav in ljudi. Gre za priljubljeno besedno zvezo v <a href=\"https:\/\/rewo.io\/sl\/pragmaticno-izvajanje-industrija40-proizvodnja\/\">Industrija 4.0<\/a> prostor. Avtomatizacija je bila do neke mere vedno del tovarne in tudi visoke stopnje avtomatizacije niso ni\u010d novega. Vendar pa izraz \u201cavtomatizacija\u201d nakazuje izvajanje ene same, diskretne naloge ali procesa. V preteklosti so bile situacije, v katerih so stroji sprejemali \u201codlo\u010ditve\u201d, avtomatizirane in linearne, na primer odpiranje ventila ali vklop in izklop \u010drpalke na podlagi dolo\u010denega niza pravil. Z uporabo umetne inteligence (AI) in vse bolj izpopolnjenimi kibernetsko-fizi\u010dnimi sistemi, ki lahko zdru\u017eujejo fizi\u010dne stroje in poslovne procese, avtomatizacija vse bolj vklju\u010duje kompleksne optimizacijske odlo\u010ditve, ki jih obi\u010dajno sprejemajo ljudje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nenazadnje - in to je morda najbolj pomembno - izraz \u201cpametna tovarna\u201d pomeni tudi povezovanje odlo\u010ditev in vpogledov v proizvodni hali s preostalimi deli dobavne verige in \u0161ir\u0161ega podjetja prek medsebojno povezanega okolja IT\/OT. To lahko temeljito spremeni proizvodne procese ter izbolj\u0161a odnose z dobavitelji in strankami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iz tega opisa je jasno razvidno, da pametne tovarne presegajo preprosto avtomatizacijo. Pametna tovarna je prilagodljiv sistem, ki lahko samoprilagodi delovanje v \u0161ir\u0161em omre\u017eju, se sam prilagaja novim razmeram in se iz njih u\u010di v realnem ali skoraj realnem \u010dasu ter samostojno vodi celotne proizvodne procese. Pametne tovarne lahko delujejo znotraj \u0161tirih sten tovarne, lahko pa se tudi pove\u017eejo s svetovnim omre\u017ejem podobnih proizvodnih sistemov in celo s \u0161ir\u0161im digitalnim oskrbovalnim omre\u017ejem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ali pametne tovarne pripomorejo k ve\u010dji produktivnosti?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Produktivnost dela je glavni kazalnik gospodarske proizvodnje, pove\u010danje produktivnosti pa je pomembno, ker na makro ravni dolo\u010da \u017eivljenjski standard ljudi, dr\u017eav in sveta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/content\/dam\/insights\/us\/articles\/6276_2019-Deloitte-and-MAPI-Smart-Factory-Study\/DI_2019-Deloitte-and-MAPI-Smart-Factory-Study.pdf\">Raziskava dru\u017ebe Deloitte<\/a> ka\u017eejo, da so pobude \u201cpametnih tovarn\u201d v povpre\u010dju prinesle 10-12% pove\u010danja produktivnosti dela. Tehnologija lahko spodbudi nove ravni produktivnosti v celotni tovarni, saj podjetja zdru\u017eujejo tehnologije (kot so vidni sistemi, harmoni\u010dni senzorji in koboti s kognitivnim ra\u010dunalni\u0161tvom, strojnim u\u010denjem in avtonomnimi zmogljivostmi). Vsaka industrijska revolucija je bila pri\u010da tej krivulji. Pomembno pove\u010danje produktivnosti dela se ka\u017ee proti koncu cikla, kar odra\u017ea kumulativni u\u010dinek doseganja kriti\u010dne mase sprejemanja tehnologije.
