Vsi projekti so bili <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fit4fof.eu\/catalogue\/rewo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">podrobno ovrednoten.<\/a> - od izvedljivosti do u\u010dinka. VIAR je po\u010da\u0161\u010den, da je bila pobuda REWO izbrana kot najbolj\u0161a med vsemi pobudami za izpopolnjevanje. FIT4FoF je razvil nov okvir izobra\u017eevanja in usposabljanja, ki delavce (\u017eenske in mo\u0161ke) postavlja v sredi\u0161\u010de procesa sooblikovanja in razvoja, ki prepoznava in obravnava njihove potrebe po spretnostih. Z uporabo izobra\u017eevalnih pristopov, ki temeljijo na skupnostih praktikov, FIT4FoF delavcem omogo\u010da, da so gonilna sila pri oblikovanju, razvoju in izvajanju lastnih programov izpopolnjevanja.
