Vendar pa svet \u017eal ni popoln. V\u010dasih se zgodijo stvari, zaradi katerih se proizvodnja odmakne od na\u010drta. Tu nastopi celovito produktivno vzdr\u017eevanje (TPM). TPM se nana\u0161a na idejo, da so izvajalci odgovorni za \u010di\u0161\u010denje, vzdr\u017eevanje in izbolj\u0161anje svojih delovnih mest, da bi zagotovili varnost in kakovost med proizvodnimi cikli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" data-src=\"https:\/\/rewo.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Maintenance-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"Oseba, ki v tovarni izvaja celovito produktivno vzdr\u017eevanje.\" class=\"wp-image-9281 lazyload\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/rewo.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Maintenance-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/rewo.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Maintenance-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rewo.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Maintenance-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/rewo.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Maintenance.jpg 1280w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1024px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1024\/682;\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kaj je TPM in kako je povezan s vitko proizvodnjo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pristop Total Productive Maintenance je bil prvotno razvit na Japonskem, kjer ga je \u0161iroko promoviral in raz\u0161irjal Japonski in\u0161titut za vzdr\u017eevanje obratov (Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.encyclopedia.com\/books\/politics-and-business-magazines\/nippondenso-co-ltd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nippondenso <\/a>je bil prvi japonski proizvajalec sestavnih delov za avtomobilsko industrijo, ki je leta 1961 za\u010del uporabljati TPM. Kasneje so pristop uvedli tudi Toyota in drugi japonski proizvajalci, saj je TPM naravno nadaljevanje vitke proizvodnje, ker je TPM namenjen tudi odpravljanju odpadkov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Celovito produktivno vzdr\u017eevanje vklju\u010duje vse zaposlene v prizadevanja za odpravo odpadkov z izbolj\u0161anjem delovanja, zanesljivosti in u\u010dinkovitosti opreme, ki se uporablja za proizvodnjo izdelkov. TPM prena\u0161a odgovornost za rutinsko in preventivno vzdr\u017eevanje s \u010dlanov ekipe za vzdr\u017eevanje objektov in naprav na upravljavce, ki dejansko delajo z opremo. S tem so ljudje, ki opremo najbolje poznajo, zadol\u017eeni za to, da poskrbijo za njeno najve\u010djo zmogljivost. Ob pravilnem izvajanju TPM posku\u0161a dose\u010di naslednje cilje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Brez okvar opreme<\/li><li>Brez postankov<\/li><li>Hitrej\u0161a in bolj gladka proizvodnja<\/li><li>Brez napak<\/li><li>Ni\u017eji stro\u0161ki poslovanja<\/li><li>Varnej\u0161e delovno okolje<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prednosti celotnega produktivnega vzdr\u017eevanja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Manj nena\u010drtovanega vzdr\u017eevanja s TPM<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>S skrbno na\u010drtovanim in na\u010drtovanim vzdr\u017eevanjem je oprema zelo dobro vzdr\u017eevana. Poleg tega TPM omogo\u010da vsem zaposlenim v obratu, da prevzamejo odgovornost za svoje stroje, vzdr\u017eevanje pa je <a href=\"https:\/\/rewo.io\/sl\/delovna-navodila-za-preventivno-vzdrzevanje\/\">pozitivne nalo\u017ebe<\/a> za njih. Ker TPM naredi vzdr\u017eevanje osebno, je skrb za sredstva bolj\u0161a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Zmanj\u0161anje \u0161tevila izpadov opreme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u010d na\u010drtovanega vzdr\u017eevanja pomeni manj okvar. Z izvajanjem proaktivnega vzdr\u017eevanja se zmanj\u0161ajo izpadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Celovito produktivno vzdr\u017eevanje zni\u017euje proizvodne stro\u0161ke<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kot <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oee.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">splo\u0161na u\u010dinkovitost opreme<\/a> (OEE), se zmanj\u0161ajo tudi proizvodni stro\u0161ki. Ve\u010dja produktivnost vodi do ve\u010djega dobi\u010dka in manj\u0161ih izdatkov za zastoje in popravila opreme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Okrepljena varnost na delovnem mestu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ker TPM temelji na temeljih 5S, je delovno mesto sistemati\u010dno urejeno in o\u010di\u0161\u010deno.
