Ker organizacije vse bolj prepoznavajo ljudi kot svoje najve\u010dje bogastvo, vlagajo tudi v izku\u0161nje zaposlenih. Izku\u0161nje zaposlenih zajemajo tisto, s \u010dimer se ljudje sre\u010dujejo in kar opazijo v \u010dasu svojega slu\u017ebovanja v organizaciji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zakaj je izku\u0161nja zaposlenih pomembna?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Izku\u0161nja zaposlenih je delav\u010devo dojemanje njegove poti skozi vse sti\u010dne to\u010dke v dolo\u010denem podjetju, od kandidature za zaposlitev do odhoda iz podjetja.
